The Kigali City authority in the Central
African Country of Rwanda has instructed the local government authorities to
document all unvaccinated city dwellers.

According
to the document seen by Faith Reporters in Kinyarwanda language, the document
was signed by the city boss on 12th January 2022.
No
communication has been made to the city dwellers about the documentation that
is supposed to be done on them between 12th - 14 January as appears in the city
authority instruction.
According
to the tweet by the so-called Youth Volunteers who police communities on
Coronavirus directives, they are carrying a door-to-door survey of the
unvaccinated and vaccinating them in their homes.
On
12th January 2022, Radio Docuvera Africa reported that Rwanda's high
vaccination numbers included forced vaccination which the authorities denied.

Faith
Reporters has published stories including testimonies of forced vaccination.
The
country's health ministry statistics show that 100 per cent of the city
dwellers are vaccinated and seventy per cent in the surrounding districts.
It
is the first time the city is going to make a door-to-door survey to find the
unvaccinated, an exercise that has been very infamous among people who may have
hesitated to get vaccinated in the rural areas.
In
rural areas, the unvaccinated are hunted down,
arrested in the night, and taken to custody and transit centres where
authorities use force to vaccinate them according to testimonies Faith Reporters has
received.
The
rural situation gives a feeling that the city dwellers who hesitated to get
vaccinated may face the same wrath of the authorities who can force them to be
vaccinated.
Several
Rwandans who don't want to get vaccinated have fled into neighbouring DR Cong
and Tanzania and penetrated the half-decade closed borders with Burundi and
Uganda.
