Nine points UK experts put to parliament to block compulsory vaccination

The United Kingdom Medical Freedom Alliance (UKMFA) has written an open letter to the UK parliamentarians asking them to block the compulsory vaccinations of all workers.

These are the nine points the alliance, of Doctors and Lawyers, asked the parliamentarians to "carefully consider and raise them in the debate" on the subject tomorrow Monday 24 January 2022:

Vaccinated and unvaccinated transmit Covid alike

The alliance argued that vaccinating healthcare staff at the National Health Service (NHS) does not benefit patients because it prevents neither infection nor transmission of Covid.

"Vaccinated individuals are just as likely to harbour and spread the virus with comparable viral loads in vaccinated and unvaccinated people," the letter argued.

Labour shortage crisis even in the health services

The letter quoted the House of Lords Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee of 30 November 2021, which concluded that the government had no plan on how to cope with the loss of staff who would not want the vaccines.

"The report estimated that of the 208,000 NHS staff who were currently unvaccinated, 126 000 [or 61 per cent] would leave their jobs [if vaccination was made compulsory] which could be catastrophic for the ability of the NHS to provide quality care to all patients" the letter explained.

Doubt on Covid vaccines immunity

The experts argued in their letter that there was no scientific evidence that Covid vaccines effectively work, citing experts' reports from Canada, Scotland, vaccine manufacturer Pfizer, Denmark and USA who reported that Covid vaccines provided insignificant immunity.

"There is still no robust evidence from any clinical trial data and certainly not from a "gold standard" randomised control trial (RCT), that COVID-19 vaccination reduces either hospitalization or death. An analysis of Pfizer's own trial data by the Canadian Covid Care Alliance suggests there may even be a negative effect for the vaccinees" the letter argued.

"According to the Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla [Covid vaccine] protection lasts only 4-6 months" the letter said quoting other data reports "recently published from Denmark, San Francisco [which] suggest a potentially negative effect"

Respect for the decision of health workers

The letter calls upon the parliamentarians to acknowledge that on top scientific knowledge, health workers have both first-hand information about Covid and the masterly principle of informed consent, concluding that their conclusion on vaccination should be respected.

"It is absolutely unthinkable that this group of educated healthcare professionals should now be forced to accept that, as individuals, they are not entitled to the core ethical principle of informed consent".

Covid vaccines are on trials

The letter of experts urges the House to consider the fact that Covid vaccines were authorised under temporal emergence trials, arguing that such trials should not be made mandatory for the sake of humanity.

"No data from completed clinical trials are available. Certainly, no data is available regarding the potential long-term effects of this completely novel gene-based technology that has never before been used in humans on such a large scale. We simply do not know what the health or fertility of the vaccinated will be in years as there is no-one in the world who has had any of these vaccines in their body for more than 18 months".

Developed natural immunity

The group explained that there was no benefit for health workers as well as the majority of the wider public to take the vaccine because they have been exposed to the Covid and developed natural immunity.

"The majority of healthcare staff will have been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 in the course of their work and are likely to have developed robust, comprehensive and long-lasting natural immunity, which [is] far superior to the limited and short-term vaccine immunity"

Compulsory vaccines, a precedent for future ethical practices violation

The experts cast doubt if health workers would continue to safeguard their own patients against unethical practices if they themselves suffer devaluation and coercion to accept an unwanted medical intervention.

"Once this line is crossed there must be a significant risk that the same healthcare workers will feel justified in treating patients with the same lack of respect and ethics, putting everybody at risk of harm and abuse and making the practice of medicine much more unsafe for patients"

High numbers of adverse effects

The letter cited large numbers of officially reported cases of adverse effects and fatalities from the vaccines recorded in the USA, Europe and the UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), calling upon the parliamentarians to leave Covid vaccination to the individual decision.

"There were over 1.3 million adverse reactions in the UK including seizures, paralysis, blindness, strokes, blood clots and acute cardiac events. This report includes 1,852 fatalities. It is widely recognised that only up to ten percent of adverse events are officially reported"

No liability clause

"It is not clear who will be liable to pay compensation to the person or their family for the loss of future earnings and care. Vaccine manufacturers have been granted complete immunity from liability for any harms resulting from their products"
